After this date, any reservation requests received are subject to room availability and can not be guaranteed by the Organisers.

REMEMBER THAT SEPTEMBER IS HIGH SEASON IN PARIS AND HOTELS ARE VERY BUSY. SEND YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST EARLY to have a WIDER CHOICE and SECURE YOUR HOTEL ROOM QUICKLY!

Hotel rooms at special Congress rates are being held for congress participants and their families in various hotels of different categories all over Paris.

You can submit your reservation request in the two following ways:
  • by secure online registration and payment via this Website. Please click here to book online
    Please note that in order to book online, you have to do it at the same time as your registration and you need to pay by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
  • by fax or post: in this case, the hardcopy registration form needs to be completed and sent to the Congress Office accompanied by your payment.

Reservations by phone are not accepted.

A minimum 2 NIGHTS deposit is requested to guarantee your reservation; it will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your hotel bill when leaving.

A fixed charge of € 20 per reservation for handling fees will be required for all hotel reservations.

Upon receipt of your hotel reservation request, MCI will mail/email you an invoice/confirmation letter summarizing accommodation details and specifying payment status.

“No Shows” on the first night will automatically cancel the entire reservation, involve the loss of the entire deposit; hotels reserve the right to charge you also for the remaining cancelled nights not covered by the pre-paid deposit.

If you shorten your stay, hotels reserve the right to charge you for the balance of your stay.

Room rates

All rates are indicated in Euros, per night and per room. Reservations must be made through the Congress Office to guarantee the indicated rates negotiated for the Congress. Unless otherwise indicated, most of the rates do not include breakfast.

Cancellation conditions for hotel reservation
(for individual reservations)

All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or e.mail) to the Congress Office according to the following conditions:

  • Up to 3rd March 2008: € 20 administrative fee will be withheld.
  • Cancellations between 4th March 2008 and 30th May 2008: 1 night’s deposit and reservation fees will be withheld.
  • After 30th May 2008: no refund.
